The start.

The Pokemon seemed to be back, after the initial scare of the Pidgey's cries. The tall grass beside Blade rustled, and the big eyes of a Bulbasaur looked up at him.

Bulbasaur, Male, level 7

"Wow, talk about a rare pokemon" Blade said, normally, he wasn't so lucky "Focus Punch"

Bulbasaur, seeing Heracross's attack, decided to perform an attack of his own. He sped at Heracross as he focused, and was attempting to hit him with a Tackle. If he hits, the Focus Punch will lose focus and fail.

Hercross jumped, turned, avoided the ttack, and attempted to hit Focus Punch fom above.

Bulbasaur decided not to attack Heracross, and instead sent out a barrage of seeds that attempted to latch themselves onto Heracross, a Leech Seed. Because of this, the Focus Punch gained enough focus to hit, and it slammed into Bulbasaur, who shakily got to his feet. He narrowed his eyes, and waited to see if his Leech Seed had taken effect.

Heracross managed, but barely, to smash the seeds against a tree not too long after they took effect. He then used Horn Attack.

Bulbasaur jumped up and soared over the top of the attacking Heracross. For a Bulbasaur, he sure had strong legs. Turning around to face his opponent, he looked out of breath but determined. A barrage of small seeds once again tried to latch themselves onto Heracross, another Leech Seed.

Heracross got hit and the seeds started sapping his energy. He knew he had to finish it quick annd went in for more Horn Attack.

Bulbasaur felt an extra surge o energy as it was transfered from Heracross to him, but it lead to a distraction, and he didn't notice Heracross was already attacking. Getting hit, he slammed into the ground and barely managed to get back up. Knowing it would be his last attack, he put everything he had into a Tackle, running at full speed toward Heracross.

Heracross knew if Bulbasaur would stay fighting longer Leach Seed would tur the tables so he put all he had in a counter with Horn Attack

Bulbasaur continued his charge, and collided with Heracross. Afterwards, he could barely move, but hung onto contiousness. Now would be the time to catch or finish him off.

Even though Heracross needed to lvl up, he decided to catch it and he launched a pokeball.

The Pokeball shook once, twice, three times, then clicked.

Bulbasaur was caught! Would you like to give him a nickname?

"I finally found a nickname for you Heracross! I thik I will call you Cross." Jack said. Cross nodded. "Like that dont you, eh?" Jack was slightly amused at Cross "Now..... Considerig that Leech Seed attack of yours is so good, il call you.... Seed" Jack wonderd if Bulbasaur would like it. "Bulba!" "What I thought" And they walked to the north for more pokemon and adventures.

Instead of Pokemon, what Blade found were trainers. All of them looked eager to battle anyone who asked, though they could be ignored. There was a girl similar to Blade's age, a bored looking teenage boy, and a mom out with her kid, both having Pokemon. He could decide who he wanted to battle, if any.

Blade decided to go for the mom with a kid.

The kid ran up to Blade as he approached. "Hello mister!" he said, "do you wanna battle me and mommy?" His eyes were wide as he looked up at Blade.

"Euhhhhh sure, but im still far away from beinng a mister haha" Blade laughed. "I only have two pokemon though"

"Well, mommy has one and I have one," he thought for a moment, "that makes two! We could battle two at once!" He ran over to his mom and said something, and she walked over to where Blade was standing.

"I hear you want to battle us," she said with a smile, "my son seems really eager to, don't let us down. Are you okay with a double battle?"

"Sure" Blade said, he had heard about double battles and learned the rules, but never actually had one. "Bulbaaur, come out!"

The kid giggled madly out of happiness and lopped a Pokeball into the air with both hands. The mom lightly threw her own ball, and in two flashes of red, two Pokemon were out and ready to battle.

Squirtle, Male, level 5

Vulpix, Female, level 12

"You can have the first move," the mom said with a smile.

"Bulbasaur, use Leech Seed on Squirtle, Cross, attak Vulpix with Focus Punch"


((Remember Focus punch is a very powerfull move))

Squirtle looked at the oncoming seeds in surprise, and didn't think to dodge them. Looking down at them curiously, he seemed to distracted to make a move, and frankly, so did his trainer, who ran over to poke them.

The mom smiled, knowing Focus Punch took time and would not hit if she attacked. Smiling to her distracted kid, she ordered him to get out of battling range, and nodded to Blade. "A strong but risky move," she commented. "Vulpix, use Flame Wheel."

Obeying, her Vulpix blew out a colum of fire that quickly enveloped her. It started rolling into a deadly wheel of fire, and Vulpix launched herself at the consentrating Heracross.

Heracross reacted like if he had just gained the eye of the tiger. Quickly stepping aside in a turn and didn't lose focus. He punched with the deadly powerfull attack.

Vulpix was too confident in her attack to have been prepared for the dodge. Cross's fist slammed into her, and she yelped, getting sent flying backwards. Shakily getting to her feet, flame flickered in her glaring eyes, and without any other prompt from her trainer, she was once again shrouded within an inferno and launching toward Heracross.

A green glow occured as the seeds sapped energy from Squirtle and transferred to Bulbasaur. Crying out in surprise, his eyes teared up as he looked at Bulbasaur. They then grew angry. "Squirt!" he cried out before attempting to Scratch Bulbasaur.
